Attorney and counselor experienced in software licensing, SaaS, outsourcing, privacy, data security, e-contracting e-payments and related commercial transactions. Pat is admitted to practice law in GA, IN, SC and TX where he remains in active status. Pat spent most of his career as a Partner with the law firm of Locke Lord, LLP in the firm’s Austin, Texas office. That firm merged at the end of 2024 and is now part of Troutman, Pepper and Locke.

For the post-big law phase of his career, Pat is available to help select clients in strategic initiatives where his experience and insight can add real value. Free of the big-law constraints, Pat has greater flexibility in taking on such projects.
